Discussion Note: Inspiring young entrepreneurs with role models

Each YEPA workshop is accompanied by a thematic discussion note which is intended to help participants prepare for the workshop.
This note explores entrepreneurial role models, notably how they can be used to inspire and motivate young people to pursue entrepreneurship as a career choice. It highlights key policy actions related to the use of role models, including entrepreneurship awareness campaigns and the integration of role models into entrepreneurship support schemes. The note also provides questions for reflection ahead of the discussion groups in the workshop as well as suggestions for further reading to help participants prepare for the workshop.
